Lesson Policies

This is our lesson policy which applies to all lessons. Please read carefully before booking and making payment as we cannot provide refunds outside of this policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of a lesson must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson
    time
    through the Student Portal. The paid lesson fee will be forwarded to the next
    invoice.

  • No-shows or failure to cancel or notify the tutor within 24 hours is considered a
    forfeited lesson.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show
    and may result in a forfeited lesson.

  • If you know of dates ahead of time when you/your child cannot make a lesson, please
    notify the tutor or cancel through the Student Portal when booking/paying for your
    lessons.

  • There are NO refunds on cancelled lessons less than 24 hours before the lesson.

  • If you decide to stop taking lessons altogether, please give your tutor 1-month notice.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Lessons cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will have the paid balance forwarded to
    the next invoice.

  • A new lesson time can be booked through the Student Portal or discussed with your
    tutor, subject to availability.

  • Unused balances must be used within 6 months. After that period, they will be
    considered forfeited.
