Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a lesson must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson
time through the Student Portal. The paid lesson fee will be forwarded to the next
invoice. -
No-shows or failure to cancel or notify the tutor within 24 hours is considered a
forfeited lesson. -
Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show
and may result in a forfeited lesson. -
If you know of dates ahead of time when you/your child cannot make a lesson, please
notify the tutor or cancel through the Student Portal when booking/paying for your
lessons. -
There are NO refunds on cancelled lessons less than 24 hours before the lesson.

If you decide to stop taking lessons altogether, please give your tutor 1-month notice.
Rescheduling Policy

Lessons cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will have the paid balance forwarded to
the next invoice. -
A new lesson time can be booked through the Student Portal or discussed with your
tutor, subject to availability. -
Unused balances must be used within 6 months. After that period, they will be
considered forfeited.
